Austin Healey is a former rugby union player who played as a back for Leicester Tigers and represented the England national rugby union team and the British & Irish Lions.

A versatile player, he has 51 England caps and two Lions caps. He has played for England at scrum half, fly-half, fullback and wing.

Over a 12-season professional domestic career, Austin was part of a highly successful Leicester Tigers side which won four English Premiership titles and two Heineken Cups.

Since retiring from playing professional rugby, Austin competed in the sixth series of the BBC competition Strictly Come Dancing and was a team captain for the second series of BBC’s Hole in the Wall. He was also the host of the ITV gameshow The Fuse.

After working as a rugby analyst for ESPN, Healey joined BT Sport as a rugby expert and regularly presents the channels' Aviva Premiership coverage, as well as being a familiar face on the Rugby Tonight team.
