With a 32 year career in elite sport and professional football, including international, Premier League and youth development, Grant has worked at the highest level of football and high performance/medical sectors.
 
Grant has a strong passion for developing both people and performance which has been proven time and time again through his high level of integrity and ability to manage complex confidential issues.
 
Awarded an OBE in the 2013 New Year’s Honours List for
services to physiotherapy in sport and work with young people, Grant is a sought-after key note speaker at national and international conferences
