Hayley Barnard

Hayley Barnard is a prominent keynote speaker, consultant and trainer to top-level executives across the world. She is a subject matter expert on Diversity and Inclusion, Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias. She advises boards of corporations on how they can become more profitable and innovative through inclusion of diversity.

 

Hayley combines the latest research on inclusion of diversity with first-hand experience, helping a wide range of companies establish what inclusion looks like for them, what their business case is and how to move the agenda forward.

 

Hayley is passionate about increasing gender and ethnic representation in the building and construction industry having worked with many big players. Skanska, Wilmot Dixon, Travis Perkins, Laing O’Rouke, Morgan Sindall, Sandvik and Barratt Homes have all worked with Hayley. She’s helping those in the industry recognise that this is a topic, like environmental governance, that is not going away and she’s equipping business leaders to step up to the challenge of diversity, equity and inclusion in construction.
